About us
We are an association founded in 2006 in Eggenfelden (southern Germany) that aims to support disadvantaged and poor people in countries of the Global South (so-called developing countries) in the sense of help for self-help We engage in projects with which we have private contact, with donations for education, basic provision and medical care. In addition to acquiring funds, informing about topics of development cooperation also plays an important role, which is expressed, for example, in the implementation of INGEAR@school school projects.

We maintain close exchange and active contact with our six partner projects in Kenya, Sri Lanka, Rwanda, India, South Africa and Bolivia. Would you like to become active yourself? Are you looking for an internship position?
In addition to active or passive membership, INGEAR e.V. also offers the possibility of placing volunteers in the projects. You can support our projects in Rwanda, Sri Lanka, India and Kenya and we will help you plan your stay. In close consultation with the project leaders on site, we place committed volunteers for a minimum two-month internship, for example at the Nityaseva Hospital (India) or at the Fruitful Talent Center (Kenya), which has been providing children with a home and access to education for many years. As a volunteer you should be sociable, open, creative and motivated. You must be at least 18 years old. Curiosity, tolerance and acceptance towards other cultures and values. INGEAR will support you intensively before, during and after your stay.
At many universities and universities of applied sciences you can have this experience of an international internship credited ☺.
