You have a problem with your studies, money, housing, a person at the university, or you don't know where to turn with a question? We'll tell you which office can help you, and if necessary and possible, we'll put you in touch.
When it can't wait
You can reach these numbers around the clock, free of charge and without waiting time:
- Life-threatening danger, accident, acute threat: 112
- Crisis Service Bavaria: 0800 655 3000 – for emotional crises, for you or for someone you're worried about
- Telephone Counselling Service: 0800 111 0 111 or 116 123 – anonymously, for anything that's troubling you

We are volunteers and cannot guarantee a quick response. In an emergency, please call, not us.
What we can do for you
We are students like you. We know the university from the inside, often know which office is responsible for what, and have experienced many problems ourselves. You can write to us about anything, even if you're not sure whether it's "our area". We listen, tell you which office (probably) is responsible, and if necessary and possible, we'll put you in touch.
What we are not: no legal advice, no therapy, no housing mediation. For these things there are free services, which we link to below.

With us: We cannot arrange accommodation. However, we know where you should look, and we can tell you who helps if you have trouble with landlords or student halls.
Furthermore: Student halls of residence run by the Student Services Organisation, Studentenburse, private listings on wg-gesucht.de. Tip: The semester ticket is valid in the city and district of Würzburg as well as in the districts of Kitzingen and Main-Spessart.
