Student Fair
Do you want to know what's going on at Uni Würzburg? At the student fair, around 80 advisory services, initiatives, associations and groups present themselves in one evening: from the library to university sports to Faculty Student Representation. You stroll through the mensa, get advice, strike up conversations and take home goodies.
The fair takes place twice a year, shortly after the semester starts, in the mensa at Hubland South. All students are invited, as well as staff and interested parties.

Good to know
The Studi Fair is organised by the Speaker Council / Student Government (SSR) and the Student representation secretariat, together with stuv e. V. and Universität Würzburg GmbH for Education and Campus Services. The rooms are provided by the Studierendenwerk Würzburg, and the technical support is managed by the Technical Operations Service Centre.
Advisory services, initiatives, associations and groups can apply for a stand via the application form. For voluntary and university-internal facilities, the stand is free of charge. For this, each stand needs at least one helper for setup from 4 p.m. and one for breakdown from approximately 7.30 p.m. The deadline ends a few weeks before the fair; for 15 October 2026 it is 25 September 2026 at 23:59. There are more applications than spaces, so stuv decides based on diversity and benefit to students; there is no entitlement to a stand space. Commercial stands are allocated by Universität Würzburg GmbH for Education and Campus Services; prices are based on the area.
The fair takes place in the Mensa at Hubland South (building Z3, Am Hubland). You can reach the campus by bus and train via the stops at Hubland. For the best way to get to university, see the Campusfahrplan. The fair opens at 17:00 sharp, so really at 17:00.
