We are the stuv-IT Department. With our limited personnel resources, we cannot guarantee that there will never be outages. What we can do, however, is ensure that you get a more helpful response than the one above.

Workstations and laptops
We maintain the desktop workstations and laptops in stuv rooms, with Windows and macOS.
Functional accounts
We manage stuv's functional accounts: university accounts that are tied to a role rather than a person, often with their own functional email address.
Telephones
We look after the office and mobile telephones of stuv.
Servers and applications
We keep the stuv web server up to date, on which applications such as the proposal portal run.

All students can get involved, and we'd love to have more hands on deck. Every now and then there are even cookies, but unfortunately no money: departmental work is purely voluntary.
