Departments of the SSR

Do you want to make a change at university or set something up together with others? In the Departments, students work together on a topic, from mobility to theatre to IT. All students can participate.

The Student Parliament (StuPa) establishes the Departments by resolution and elects their heads every year at its first meeting of the calendar year. The Departments belong to the Speaker Council / Student Government (SSR), which supports them. How to join a Department is set out on the page of the respective Department.

Departments currently dormant

These Departments of the SSR currently have neither a chair nor members. Until a new election, the SSR is responsible for them.

Do you want to revive one of them? Write to the SSR.

Are you looking for the FSI Teacher Education?

The FSI Lehramt, formerly Arbeitskreis Lehramt, is not a department. It is a Student Subject Initiative for all teacher training students, regardless of which faculty you study at. You can find it among the Student Subject Initiatives (FSI).

Missing a topic? Start a department.

New departments are established by the StuPa on proposal. Any student can submit a proposal, for example via the proposal portal. Write to the SSR first, they will support you.
