Around 80 advisory services, initiatives and associations present themselves in one evening at Mensa Hubland Süd. The essential event for everyone new to the university.
The student fair in winter semester 2026/27 takes place on Thursday, 15 October 2026 from 17:00 in the Mensa Hubland Süd . In addition to a wide range of university-internal advisory and support services, there is also a colourful mix of volunteer organisations from Würzburg and the surrounding area.
The fair is organised twice yearly by the Student Government (SSR) and the Student representation secretariat in cooperation with stuv e.V. and the Universität Würzburg GmbH for Education and Campus Services
All students of JMU are cordially invited to participate in the fair. Staff and interested parties are also warmly welcome. We would like to thank all participating organisations in advance, in particular the Student Services for providing the facilities and the Technical Operations Service Centre for the technical support of the event.
Information for visitors
At the student fair, over 80 exhibitors from the Student representation, the University and from Würzburg and the surrounding area present their advisory, support, participation and leisure offers. And of course there is no shortage of goodies and giveaways!
Whether writing centre, library, university theatre, university sports, choir, fire service or environmental organisation – there really is something for everyone here. Get individual advice, exchange ideas or simply stroll through the fair – alone, with friends or as a whole course.
The fair opens at 17:00 (s.t. 😉) and runs until approximately 19:30. Being on time is really worth it this time :)

Information for exhibitors
Applications are accepted until and including Friday, 25.09.2026, 23:59 exclusively online via the application form .
We welcome every application, but would like to point out our terms of participation in advance. These can be found within the application process and are a prerequisite for a successful application. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept all applications, particularly for space reasons. We endeavour to provide a particularly diverse range of offers at the fair that is relevant to a large proportion of students. There is no legal entitlement to allocation of a stand space.
