Student Representatives for Gender Equality
The student equality officers work at Uni Würzburg for the equality of all genders. The StuPa elects them every year. If you have questions or experience discrimination, you can contact them, also in confidence.
What they do
Listen and mediate
They exchange ideas with you, mediate in problems and bring your concern to the right place, confidentially if you wish.
In the university committees
They participate in the university women's conference and the equality commission.
In exchange with the university
They are in contact with the university women's officer and her office.

Student Staff position: IT Support (Computing Centre)
My motivation: I want to advocate for an improvement in working conditions for all Student Staff. Nothing runs at the university without us, we are present in all areas and substantially support research and administration, so it is time that we are paid fairly for it!
