Who to Ask

Pia Grimm and Christine Vierheilig keep things running: administration, billing, room requests, deadlines. They know the procedures and can tell you who is responsible for your concern. You can reach them Monday to Thursday from 10 to 15:00.

You send proposals, enquiries and everything that a body should decide on to the functional addresses. You can also reach the individuals directly. The offices are valid for the term of office 2025/26.
